The Development Services Committee meets on the first and third Tuesday of each calendar month at 4.00 pm in the Council Chambers, Uduc Road, Harvey. Ordinary Council Meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each calendar month at 4.00 pm in the Council Chambers, Uduc Road, Harvey. 
The Corporate Services Committee meets on the fourth Tuesday of each calendar month at 2.00 pm in the Council Chambers, Uduc Road, Harvey. Council publishes in the local media in the fourth (4th) week of every month all forthcoming meetings. All Council Meetings and Meetings of Committees are open to the public.
