Annually, Council makes a number of presentations/awards to nominated residents in the Shire of Harvey to recognise the outstanding achievements and significant contributions individuals make within the Shire of Harvey. Volunteers connect closely with the local community to build vibrant places to live, work and play. In some cases, without volunteer involvement the services and programs within the Shire would be limited or non existent. With the Shire of Harvey continually growing it is important to recognise the integral role volunteer’s play and the importance of acknowledging the dedication and hours many people put in.
