The Shire of Harvey offers community and sporting not for profit organisations the opportunity to submit an application to be included in the Shire’s Annual Budget. Applications are advertised in March- May each year.
Local community and sporting groups are encouraged to apply for funding for a variety of purposes, which may include projects with a start and end date, equipment, services, events or works. The applicant must demonstrate a strong connection or benefit to communities of the Shire of Harvey. Applications with long term outcomes are highly regarded.
The Shire of Harvey receives a large number of applications each year and is not always able to assist everyone. Applications will be seen as more favourable if applicants can demonstrate their proposal is cost effective and they have sought funding/in kind support from other sources.
