At the Ordinary meeting of Council on August 7, 2018 the Shire of Harvey Council resolved to acquire the Private Road (ROW) (now described as Lot 66 on Plan 2620) and being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 2774 Folio 644. The ROW will be acquired as Crown Land for the purposes of creating a Reserve for Public Access. The registered proprietor of the said land is Charles Alwyn Wickham.
The Private Road provides vehicular access to the rear of the lots created on Plan 2620 that abut the ROW. The Shire of Harvey HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that it intends to acquire the ROW as Crown Land as a Reserve for Public Access, no earlier than 30 days from the date of this public notice. Responsibility for the care, control and management of the Reserve for Public Access will be vested in the Shire of Harvey.
