A monthly immunisation clinic provided by the Health Department of Western Australia, is located at Harvey, Yarloop, Brunswick and Australind. The dates and times of the visits of the clinic are available by contacting 9729 3377.
The clinic provides free immunisation against tetanus, diphtheria, whooping cough, polio, measles, rubella, etc.
You can get a copy of your child's immunisation history statement by:
- Visiting Your local Medicare Office
- Calling 1800 653 809
- Visiting Medicare's Online Services (see link below)
Please note that immunisation history statements are only available online or at your local Medicare office if your child is under seven years of age. If your child is over seven, you can contact the Immunisation Register on 1800 653 809 to see if a record is available.
