The function room includes a separate kitchen, with two serving areas and a parquetry dance floor. \u200b\u200b<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"btn btn-primary\" href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/261469210675864\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Request to Book Function Room<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Accessibility<\/h3>\n<p>Both the Rutherford Function Room and Sawyer Meeting Room are fully accessible.<\/p>\n<p>Each room can be accessed either via our main centre entrance or through side access doors. during centre hours<\/td>\n<td>$42 per hour<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Multipurpose Room (Tennis Pavilion)<\/td>\n<td>$36 per hour<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                                            <div class=\"accordion-item\" data-index=\"2\">\n                            <h3 class=\"h6 accordion-header\" id=\"heading--accordion-item--aw-accordion-6a25fefb3c209126a25fefb3fcfb\">\n                                <button class=\"accordion-button js-accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" aria-expanded=\"false\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#accordion-item--aw-accordion-6a25fefb3c209126a25fefb3fcfb\">\n                                    Terms and Conditions of Hire                                <\/button>\n                            <\/h3>\n                            <div id=\"accordion-item--aw-accordion-6a25fefb3c209126a25fefb3fcfb\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading--accordion-item--aw-accordion-6a25fefb3c209126a25fefb3fcfb\" data-bs-parent=\"#aw-accordion-6a25fefb3c209\">\n                                <div class=\"accordion-body wysiwyg\">\n                                    <h4>Disclaimer<\/h4>\n<p>The Shire of Harvey accepts no responsibility for any injury sustained by participants or non-participants while using the facilities, whether caused by themselves, another person or otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>The Shire of Harvey is not liable for any loss of or damage to personal property brought into the Centre.<\/p>\n<p>This disclaimer does not apply where injury, loss or damage is caused by the negligent or unlawful act or omission of the Shire of Harvey or its employees, officers, contractors or agents.<\/p>\n<h4>Bookings and Payment<\/h4>\n<p>All bookings must be confirmed prior to use.<br \/>\nFull payment is required prior to the booking unless otherwise arranged.<\/p>\n<p>An additional Duty Manager fee may apply for bookings outside normal operating hours.<br \/>\nRegular users may be invoiced monthly in accordance with agreed arrangements.<\/p>\n<h4>Cancellations<\/h4>\n<p>A minimum of 24 hours\u2019 notice is required for cancellations.<br \/>\nFailure to provide sufficient notice will result in the full hire fee being charged.<\/p>\n<h4>Use of Room<\/h4>\n<p>The meeting and function room is to be used only for the approved purpose and within the allocated booking times, including set-up and pack-down.<\/p>\n<p>The hirer is responsible for ensuring the room is left clean, tidy, and in the same condition as found.<\/p>\n<h4>Damage<\/h4>\n<p>The hirer is responsible for any damage to the room, equipment or facilities caused during the hire period through misuse or negligence.<\/p>\n<p>Any damage or maintenance issues must be reported to Centre staff as soon as practicable.<\/p>\n<h4>Behaviour<\/h4>\n<p>All users must behave in a safe, respectful and orderly manner.<\/p>\n<p>The Centre Manager or Duty Officer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person or group whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. This may result in cancellation of current or future bookings.<\/p>\n<h4>Alcohol and Smoking<\/h4>\n<p>Alcohol is not permitted within the Centre unless the appropriate liquor license has been obtained.<\/p>\n<p>The Centre is a smoke-free facility.<\/p>\n<h4>Food and Beverage<\/h4>\n<p>Food and non-alcoholic beverages may be consumed in the meeting or function rooms unless otherwise advised. The hirer is responsible for all cleaning and waste removal.<\/p>\n<p>Any catering must comply with relevant food safety requirements.\u00a0 LLC does not offer catering services.<\/p>\n<h4>Equipment<\/h4>\n<p>Any Centre equipment used must be operated appropriately and left in good condition.<\/p>\n<p>Hirers must not bring in electrical equipment unless it is safe, compliant, and in good working order.<\/p>\n<h4>Security<\/h4>\n<p>The hirer is responsible for the security of the room during the hire period and must follow all instructions provided by staff when entering and leaving the facility.<\/p>\n<h4>Medical and First Aid<\/h4>\n<p>First aid assistance is available from Centre staff if required.
