We would like to introduce you to an inspirational member of our LLC Gym.<\/p>\n
Joseph (centre) is recovering from his second brain aneurysm and commenced training with our personal trainer Garry (left) in March 2023.<\/p>\n
Joseph's main objective was to strengthen his left side of the body and he has made serious progress through a variety of resistance exercises.<\/p>\n
Joseph also had a fear of not being able to get up off the ground if he was to fall over. Garry and Joseph's trainer Jay (right) identified the fear attached and began putting those fears to bed by initially lowering Joseph to the floor in a lunge position, then getting him back up onto two feet with the assistance of a suspension trainer.<\/p>\n
Recently, Joseph made a remarkable breakthrough, lifting himself off the floor into a standing position without any assistance!<\/p>\n
It's been an absolute pleasure to be a part of Joseph's progress, and his positive attitude and fortitude are to be admired. Joseph wanted to share his experience in hopes he may inspire others to conquer their fears and start their fitness journey.<\/p>\n
