We’re thrilled to announce that Aqua Aerobics is back<\/em> at LLC starting Monday 19 May<\/strong> – and we know many of you have been waiting patiently for this moment!<\/p>\n

After a lengthy pause due to a shortage of qualified instructors in the region, we're diving back in thanks to our very own Sophie Ashworth<\/strong>, who has officially qualified as an Aqua Fitness Instructor. Sophie will be a familiar face to many of you, having led training sessions at the end of last year while completing her Health and Fitness qualifications. Her enthusiasm, professionalism, and positive energy make her the perfect person to lead this exciting restart.<\/p>\n

Class Schedule:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings<\/strong> – 8:00am to 8:45am

    \n\tAqua Legends is a low-intensity sessions designed for gentle cardiovascular fitness and improved mobility, all in a fun and social environment.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Monday afternoon<\/strong> – 2:00pm to 2:45pm

    \n\tAqua Fit is a slightly more moderate session for those looking to challenge themselves a bit more.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    These classes are a great way to get moving, connect with others, and enjoy the supportive atmosphere of group fitness in the water.<\/p>\n

    Why the wait?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    You may be wondering why Aqua Aerobics took such a long break. Training opportunities for Aqua Fitness Instructors have been virtually non-existent in WA for the past few years, making it incredibly challenging to recruit locally. But thanks to Sophie’s dedication and commitment to her training, we’re now in a fantastic position to bring Aqua back to life at LLC.<\/p>\n

    We’re excited to see you all poolside again – whether you’re returning or joining for the first time, these sessions are designed to be welcoming, uplifting, and great for your health and wellbeing.<\/p>\n
