It\u2019s so rewarding to see children overcome their fears, learn new skills and realise what they\u2019re capable of. <br><br><em><strong>What do you think is the most important thing children gain from swimming lessons, beyond learning the strokes?<\/strong><\/em> <br>Confidence and essential survival skills in and around the water. These are skills that can benefit children for life. <br><br><strong><em>What\u2019s your favourite moment to see during a child\u2019s swimming journey? <\/em><\/strong><br>When they conquer a fear or finally master a skill they\u2019ve been working towards. Seeing how proud they are of themselves is the best part! <br><br><strong><em>How do you help children who might feel nervous or unsure in the water build their confidence? <\/em><\/strong><br>We take it slowly, have fun and remove the pressure. Play-based learning helps children feel comfortable while they gradually develop their skills and confidence. <br><br><strong><em>What keeps you motivated to teach swimming and help the next generation become confident and safe in the water? <\/em><\/strong><br>Water is my happy place, and being able to help others enjoy the water really fills my cup.
