Seeing how proud and happy they feel when they realise what they\u2019ve accomplished is so rewarding.<br><br><strong><em>How do you help children who might feel nervous or unsure in the water build their confidence?<\/em><\/strong><br>I stay by their side and provide support when they need it. I also find different ways to practise a skill, so they can build confidence at their own pace before they\u2019re ready to try something more challenging.<br><br><strong><em>What keeps you motivated to teach swimming and help the next generation become confident and safe in the water?<\/em><\/strong><br>Knowing that I\u2019m teaching children skills that could benefit them throughout their lives \u2014 and may one day help them save themselves or someone else \u2014 is really motivating.
