Strategic Community Plan Survey Update

We’re reviewing our Strategic Community Plan and wanted to say thank you to the community for taking the time to complete the survey.

The Shire received a great response to the recent Community Strategic Plan survey that was distributed in December last year.

We wanted to thank you for taking the time to give us your thoughts about how we can make the Shire of Harvey an even better place to live.

The survey results are now being collated and a report is being developed which will highlight the key goals and aspirations for the Shire of Harvey.

This report will be used to help set the future strategic direction of the Shire.

A draft Strategic Community Plan will be available at the end of March and we will be seeking further feedback before finalising it.

The draft plan will be posted on our website, available at the libraries, recreation centres and administration buildings. You will be able to provide feedback through our have your say website when the document is finalised.

The Strategic Community Plan is the Shire’s highest level planning document and is used to guide all Council decision-making in terms of what activities and projects get prioritised over the next four years.

It’s a plan developed by the community, for the community.
