Dr Peter Topham Memorial Swimming Pool Now Open.
In October 2023, essential works commenced on the filtration system at the Dr Peter Topham Memorial Swimming Pool.
An issue with the filtration system was identified earlier in the year and replacement of filters at the facility was required to ensure community health safety.
New filters have been installed and we have now received approvals from the WA Health Department that the pool water is safe, allowing the facility to reopen.
To celebrate, we will be hosting a FREE Open Day on Saturday, 23 December from 12 noon to 6pm. There will be a sausage sizzle, pool inflatables and free entry.
The Shire of Harvey would like to thank the community and local swimming clubs for their patience and understanding while these essential works were completed.

Summer opening hours:
- Monday to Friday - 10am to 6pm
- Saturday and Sunday - 12 noon to 6pm
- Public Holidays - 12 noon to 6pm
Christmas and New Year opening hours:
The Dr Peter Topham Memorial Swimming Pool will operate at reduced opening hours throughout the holiday season.
