Following a review of the recent success of the centre and the 24 hour gym, as of 1 July 2024 the HRCC opening hours will be updated to the following:
- Monday to Friday: 7.30am to 8pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 9am to 2pm
- Public Holidays: Closed, with 24 hour gym remaining open
