The Shire of Harvey is improving accessible parking across the Harvey Region, with 13 ACROD parking bays installed or upgraded during the past financial year.

Magpies may swoop people who enter their nesting territory during breeding season. In the South West, swooping may occur from late August through to December.

The Shire is now one of just two regional local governments in WA with a Reconciliation Action Plan, following endorsement from Reconciliation Australia.
