Enrolment

Complete an Enrolment Form online, or at HRCC to start your child’s enrolment process. The form is an important document telling us about your child’s health, medical details, custody arrangements, emergency contacts and dietary requirements. HRCC abides by confidentiality regulations.

OSHC Enrolment Form

Email hrcc.info@harvey.wa.gov.au with your completed form or return it to HRCC in person, along with a copy of your child’s birth certificate and immunisation record. Once your form has been received and assessed by the Childcare Supervisor, you will receive confirmation of your place in the program.

Account statements will be sent to you monthly, at the end of school terms and at the end of school holidays. You can see your current balance and amounts due from the convenience of our parent app on your device.

You may pay any time by cash or card in person at the reception desk, or over the phone by credit card.

Your child’s place may be cancelled if your fees:

  • are more than three weeks overdue.
  • you have exceeded $250 balance (per child).
  • you have not made arrangements to pay.
  • or have not kept to arrangements made.

You may be eligible for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) which may reduce your fees. Apply for this payment through your MyGov account. Please complete this process before your child attends their first session, otherwise full fees may apply.

To link your approved funding with your enrolment, every enrolment form must have your Centrelink Customer Reference Number (CRN) for parent and child, as well as the date of birth for the parent and child. If you don’t provide this information, full fees may apply.

If you choose not to apply for CCS, or you don’t meet the residency requirements, full fees may apply.

Please remember, forms that you sign for the purposes of CCS are legal documents. We are asked to remind you that giving false information is a criminal offence. It is your responsibility to notify us if your circumstances change.

Our Holiday Program operates from 8am to 5.30pm. Please keep drop-offs and pick-ups within these times. Fees may apply to late collections.

For your child’s safety and security, parents or authorised nominees must sign children in and out each day.

Children with special needs are welcome to attend the program. Please contact the Childcare Supervisor at least six weeks before your child will start attending the program so appropriate supervision can be arranged. HRCC staff will discuss our inclusion assessment procedure with you.

Children should bring a bag or backpack with:

  • Appropriate clothing
  • Sneakers, or other comfortable, covered in shoes
  • Hat
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, unless otherwise stated
  • Refillable drink bottle
  • Please leave personal toys and games at home to help us encourage participation in the program

Children will enjoy a variety of activities designed to engage interest and meet their developmental needs.

The balanced program includes indoor learning experiences, quiet and active times, individual, small group and large group times, time for individual staff/child interaction, group interests, and children’s special interests, and is flexible enough to allow for joyful spontaneity.

The weekly program is displayed in the OSHC room. Parents and caregivers are invited to input into program development, especially on multicultural issues, craft, excursions and music. Any suggestions can be put into the Suggestions Box in the OSHC Room area or discussed directly with HRCC staff.

Please contact HRCC either by phone or using the parent app. to let us know if your child is unable to attend their booked session.

Cancellations for the Holiday Program must be made by 5.30pm on the day before the session, otherwise cancellation fees will apply.
