Council has adopted the Forward Capital Works Plan 2026-2031.
This is a rolling, 5-year Plan that outlines investment in capital infrastructure in the Harvey Region.
It is linked to the Shire of Harvey’s Council Plan 2025–2035.
It identifies:
- Key infrastructure projects that will benefit its community
- Cost of the projects in today’s dollars and affordability
- Potential sources of revenue available to the Shire to fund the infrastructure projects
