We are committed to providing timely and responsive service to all customers.
In accordance with the Shire of Harvey’s Customer Service Charter, we aim to respond toall written correspondence requiring action (other than matters governed by statutory timeframes)within 10 working days, or we will acknowledge your correspondence and advise if a longer timeframe is required. This includes enquiries submitted via the online feedback form, email or written correspondence.
Should your correspondence not be responded to within these timeframes, we ask you to call the Shire on 08 9729 0300.
