Firebreak Contractor List Construction and Clearing
The Shire of Harvey will be generating a list of available contractors to distribute to ratepayers to assist in the compliance of the Shire’s Firebreak Notice on private property.
A public notice is a legally mandated procedure outlined in the Western Australian Local Government Act 1995. The Shire is obligated to issue public notices for various purposes, such as reviewing local laws, property disposal, and local government elections, among other matters.
