The Shire of Harvey today announces the resignation of Chief Executive Officer Annie Riordan.

Annie has served the Shire of Harvey with distinction, providing strong and steady leadership during a period of significant growth, transformation and challenge for the Harvey Region.
Shire President Cr Michelle Campbell thanked Annie for her outstanding contribution to the organisation and wider community.
“On behalf of Council, staff and the community, I would like to sincerely thank Annie for her leadership, compassion and unwavering commitment to the Shire of Harvey,” Cr Campbell said.
“Annie has been a highly respected leader whose passion for the Harvey Region has been evident in everything she has done. Her contribution to our community and organisation will have a lasting impact.”
During her time as CEO, Annie helped guide the Shire through periods of growth and change, while continuing to strengthen the organisation and support the community.
“We thank Annie for her dedication and wish her every success in the future,” Cr Campbell said.
Ms Riordan thanked Council, staff and the community for their support during her time with the Shire.
“It has been a privilege to serve the Shire of Harvey and work alongside such dedicated Councillors, staff and community members,” Ms Riordan said.

“The Harvey Region has a bright future, and I look forward to seeing the community continue to thrive.”

The Shire of Harvey will commence recruitment processes for the Chief Executive Officer position in due course.
