This workshop introduces practical tools for approaching challenging conversations, identifying the causes of underperformance and using coaching techniques to build employee capability, accountability and engagement.

  • Setting clear expectations through position descriptions
  • Onboarding, KPIs and performance reviews
  • Using performance data appropriately
  • The BIFF feedback model; preparing for and conducting difficult conversations

  • Performance management versus coaching
  • Active listening and questioning techniques
  • The GROW coaching model
