As part of the Shire's maintenance program, turf weed spraying is currently being conducted throughout the Shire.
Weed spraying is being undertaken in public open spaces and recreation ovals in the Treendale, Kingston and Leschenault areas.
Signage is always erected when works are being carried out and we ask residents to avoid the areas while they are being sprayed.
Selective herbicides are used as per Work Health and Safety legislation.
