The Shire of Harvey, together with the Harvey Recreation and Cultural Centre (HRCC) are excited to announce the launch of a 24-hour gym at the centre.
Following community feedback, it was identified that a 24-hour gym was needed to complement the busy lives of our local community.
The new operating hours were adopted on Tuesday, 4 October 2022 however, the official launch of the 24-hour gym will be taking place on Monday, 21 November 2022.
All current and new gym members will receive an induction into the 24-hour gym process and will have their own personal key fob allocated to them for entry.
Accessible parking, increased lighting, a new pathway, updated signage, 24-hour auto opening door and upgraded security systems have all been installed to provide a safe and user friendly experience at all times of the day or night.
The new HRCC 24-hour gym is the culmination of many years of planning and is in direct response to feedback received from gym members and the broader community.
Shire of Harvey President Paul Gillett was excited by the launch of the 24-hour gym at the HRCC.
