Notice Pursuant to Section 6.19 of the Local Government Act 1995
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 6.19 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Harvey intends to amend its Fees and Charges 2023-24.
The amendments were adopted by Council at its Ordinary Council Meeting held Tuesday, 26 September 2023. These charges will take effect Friday, 20 October 2023.
