The Shire of Harvey celebrated Australia Day 2025 with three breakfasts, award ceremonies and a citizenship ceremony on Sunday, 26 January 2025. 

The Shire of Harvey celebrated Australia Day 2025 with three breakfasts, award ceremonies and a citizenship ceremony on Sunday, 26 January 2025. 

Thank you to the community volunteers, Councillors, Elder Dennis Jetta OAM, Elder Lesley Ugle and the Harvey Aboriginal Corporation for supported the delivery of the 2025 Australia Day Breakfasts, Citizenship Ceremony and Awards Presentations.

In particular, thank you to Shire President Michelle Campbell, Deputy Shire President John Bromham, Cr Wendy Dickinson and Cr Robyn Coleman for welcoming guests and presenting the awards.

The Shire also thanks and acknowledges former Councillor Paul Beech, the Australia Day Breakfast Committees and attending Shire staff for supporting the event and making it a wonderful occasion for award recipients, nominees, new citizens and general community members.
