Notice is hereby given that the Special Council Meeting of the Shire of Harvey Council, scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 12 May 2026 at 4pm at the Harvey Council Chambers, has been cancelled.
The meeting was originally convened to consider matters relating to Behavioural Complaints and the legislative framework.
The Shire is now seeking independent advice in relation to the legislative framework, and will reconvene a meeting of Council on receipt of that advice, either through the Ordinary Council Meeting cycle or by convening a Special Council Meeting for that purpose, if required.
