Updated Fees and Charges from 1 November 2026
The Shire of Harvey has updated a small number of its Fees and Charges, with changes designed to provide greater choice, simplify pricing and ensure fees better reflect how community facilities are used.
Most Fees and Charges adopted earlier this year will remain unchanged, with the updated schedule taking effect from 1 November 2026.
More membership options at the Leschenault Leisure Centre
Three-month and six-month upfront membership options will be reintroduced at the Leschenault Leisure Centre, giving community members greater flexibility to choose a membership option that suits them.
The 10 per cent renewal discount for 12-month memberships will also be reinstated for members who renew within 14 days of their membership expiring.
Members who have already renewed an eligible 12-month membership since 1 July 2026 will not miss out, with the discount to be applied retrospectively.
Changes for local sporting clubs
Shire-based sporting clubs will also benefit from changes to facility charges.
Changeroom use will now be included in the game-day sports field hire fee, rather than being charged separately, providing a simpler fee structure for local clubs.
Lighting charges at the Brunswick Recreation Ground have also been reviewed so clubs are charged according to the length of time the lights are used, helping ensure costs more accurately reflect facility use.
A small number of other Fees and Charges have been adjusted or corrected to improve clarity and consistency and ensure the schedule accurately reflects the services being provided.
The updated Shire of Harvey Fees and Charges will take effect from 1 November 2026 and will shortly be available on the Shire’s website.
