Deputation form

You can request to make a deputation on any matter listed on a Council or Committee meeting agenda.

Deputations:

• Must relate to an agenda item for an upcoming meeting;
• Require prior notice to the CEO before the meeting;
• Should be concise and not exceed 10 minutes.

After your deputation, the Presiding Member may invite Councillors to ask questions to clarify any points.
