Fun for you and your pooch
As part of the Meriden Park Masterplan Upgrade project, we have delivered a fully enclosed dog exercise park. This is a safe and fun space for our furry friends to enjoy some tail-wagging adventures.
The Enclosed Dog Exercise Area includes a fenced-in dog park, drinking fountain, dog bowl and associated path access.

Council Supports the establishment of an enclosed Dog Park in the southern section of Meriden Park. Community consultation begins.

Meriden Park Masterplan and Enclosed Dog Park endorsed by Council. The Dog Exercise Park site is surveyed and services are identified.

Site preparation
Dog Exercise Park site preparation – ground mowed, scarified, and top-dressed with sand to create a more even and suitable surface to ensure the area is both safe and accessible.
