Behaviour Complaint Committee Meeting
In accordance with section 5.25 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Behaviour Complaint Committee will be held as follows:

Location: The Boundary, Harvey Recreation and Cultural Centre, Tom Latch Drive, Harvey 6220
The Committee will consider a behaviour complaint matter.
The Committee proposes to close the meeting to members of the public pursuant to section 5.23(4)(b) of the Local Government Act 1995 as the information to be considered relates to the personal affairs of individuals. The confidentiality provisions are necessary to protect the privacy of the persons involved and to ensure the complaint is considered in a fair and appropriate manner.
Where legal advice is considered by the Committee, section 5.23(4)(a) may also apply.
