Fourteen local athletes have received financial support to pursue sporting opportunities across WA and beyond through the Shire of Harvey’s Athlete Travel Subsidy.
The Subsidy provides assistance to local athletes selected to compete at state, national and international events, helping to ease the cost of travel and ensuring talented sportspeople can represent the Harvey Region on bigger stages.
During the 2025–26 financial year, the Shire distributed $2,200 to support 14 athletes.
