The Freedom of Information Act 1992 gives individuals, corporations and businesses the right to apply for access to documents held by Public Sector agencies, including Local Government Authorities.How to apply
A Freedom of Information application must be submitted in writing on the application form below.
Forms can be submitted to the Shire via firstname.lastname@example.org or hand delivered to the Harvey Administration Centres at 102 Uduc Road, Harvey or 7 Mulgara Street, Australind.
In line with the Freedom of Information Act 1992, the Shire of Harvey must complete all applications within 45 days from receipt of a valid application.
This time frame may be extended under an agreement between the Shire and the Applicant.Fees and charges

There is a 25% reduction of charges on the grounds of financial hardship, not applicable to the application fee.If the charge will be greater than $25, the applicant will be notified before further processing commences.More information and contacts
