Suspension of Restricted Burning Period 2026

As of midnight Monday, 4 May 2026, the Shire of Harvey has declared a suspension of the Restricted Burning Period.

Pursuant to Section 18 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, and due to seasonal conditions, permits to burn are no longer required for the whole of the Shire of Harvey.
