Draft Public Health Plan

Have your say on the Draft Public Health Plan 2026–2029

The Draft Public Health Plan provides a framework to support and enhance the health and wellbeing of our community.

It sets out a clear roadmap for creating a healthy, active, safe and inclusive environment for all residents.

We know that health is shaped by the environments where people live, work and connect; from our built spaces and natural surroundings to our social and economic conditions.

This Plan focuses on the Shire’s important role in ensuring these environments are safe, sustainable, accessible and supportive of positive health outcomes.

The Draft Public Health Plan was endorsed for public comment at the 28 April 2026 Ordinary Council Meeting.
