Expressions of Interest - Reconciliation Action Plan Artist

Expressions of Interest - RAP Artist

Creative opportunity

We’re looking for a local Bindjareb artist to bring our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to life!

The Shire of Harvey is developing its first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) – a formal commitment to strengthening relationships, showing respect, and creating opportunities with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Your artwork will feature in our RAP and across our materials. It should celebrate culture, community, and the shared path toward reconciliation. We want something that feels authentic and speaks to the heart.

If you’re a local Bindjareb artist with a passion for storytelling through art, we’d love to hear from you! Whether you’re emerging or established, your voice matters.

We follow the Australia Council Protocols for Using First Nations Cultural and Intellectual Property in the Arts (2019)

Through the expression of interest, the guiding principles are:

  • Spirit and integrity
