LOGUE ROAD, HARVEY
Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Local Government (Uniform Local Provisions) Regulations 1996, Regulation 9., to advertise the request of the owner of Lot 9 Logue Rd, Harvey, to install gates across the Logue Road road reserve at the intersections of Sunnyvale Road and Logue Road and the firebreak track and Logue Road, as shown on the attached map. The implication would be that no through traffic will be possible in this road reserve.
Public comments are sought on this proposal and submission should be made in writing and lodged with the Shire at shire@harvey.wa.gov.au, on or before 16 December 2025.
