Harvey Golf Club Expansion

Project Overview

The project includes extending the Harvey Golf Club building footprint to create additional dining area, including an alfresco seating area overlooking the greens, improved accessibility, and fire fighting services.

This project has a budget of $768,000.  The project is funded by the Alcoa Harvey Sustainability Fund Community Grants program $140,000, Shire of Harvey $263,000 and Harvey Golf Club $365,000. 

Project timeline

• February 2025 – Civilcon WA Pty Ltd have been awarded the construction contract.
• March 2025 – Construction commenced. The project is an estimated 5 months construction program. 
• August – Scheduled Practical Completion.
