Notice of Annual General Meeting of Electors and Notice of Annual Report 2024-2025
In accordance with Section 5.27 of the Local Government Act 1995 (the Act) a general meeting of the electors of a district is to be held once every financial year.
The public is hereby notified that the Shire of Harvey will be holding the next Annual General Meeting of Electors in the Harvey Council Chambers, Young Street, Harvey, on Tuesday, 27 January 2026 commencing at 6.00pm.
The Shire, in accordance with Section 5.55 of the Act, also gives notice of the availability of the Annual Report 2024–2025.
This is available in hard copy to view at the Shire’s Libraries and at the Harvey and Australind Administration Centres.
The report can be viewed on the Shire of Harvey Documents and Forms webpage or by application to shire@harvey.wa.gov.au
Please Note: Complex questions requiring research should be submitted at least seven days prior to the meeting to allow sufficient time to prepare a response.
However, you can submit your completed form to a Shire Officer at the meeting and ask your question at the meeting.
The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting will be made available on the Shire of Harvey website at least five days prior to the meeting.
