Honours and Awards:
Annually, Council makes a number of presentations/awards to nominated residents in the Shire of Harvey to recognise the outstanding achievements and significant contributions individuals make within the Shire of Harvey. Volunteers connect closely with the local community to build vibrant places to live, work and play. In some cases, without volunteer involvement, the services and programs within the Shire would be limited or non-existent. With the Shire of Harvey continually growing it is important to recognise the integral role volunteers play and the importance of acknowledging the dedication and hours many people put in.
The Shire of Harvey invites nominations from local residents for its annual awards which are presented at the Annual Dinner.
