The Shire of Harvey’s Advisory Groups aim to improve community engagement and inform the Shire of the needs and aspirations in the community.
Each Advisory Group has Council Representatives and Community Representatives.

Role of the Group
The role of the group will be to advise the Shire on strategies and initiatives to support Cemeteries in the Shire in line with Cemetery Strategy.
Objectives of the Group
To provide input and advice on the following:
- Issues relating to the management of Shire Cemeteries
- Future Planning / Development
- Protecting Heritage and related infrastructure
- General Cemetery related matters
