Expressions of Interest should include:
- Artist contact details
- Two to three examples of previous relevant work (maximum total file size 20MB)
- An artistic statement outlining a brief concept for this project
- Acknowledgement of your ability to meet the project timeframe and understanding of the requirements outlined in this EOI
The total budget for this mural commission is $16,500 (inclusive of GST). This budget covers:
- Design and production of a public art mural in Yarloop on the specified structure
- All equipment and materials required to complete the muraL
- Initial briefing and regular process meetings with the Community Development Officer
- Facilitation of a community engagement workshop during the design process, with assistance from a Shire Officer
- Permission for the Shire of Harvey to capture the implementation process for marketing purposes
- Licensing for all future use and publication (in full or extract, as agreed with the artist) of the artwork by the Shire of Harvey in any publications and associated materials
Expressions of Interest will be assessed by representatives of the Shire of Harvey.
