Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal

Council has received an Application for Development Approval and Extractive Industry Licence at Lot 22 Edwards Road, Roelands. A summary of the proposal is provided below:

• Granite extraction over an area of approximately 22ha.
• Extraction will occur over 6 stages with an initial approval period of 10 years requested.
• Total volume of granite to be extracted is approximately 7,230,000m³.

Any comments on the proposed Development Application – Extractive Industry (Granite) must be made in writing and is to include the Development Application name, the property affected and details of the submission and submitted to the undersigned by no later than 4.00pm, 11 December 2025.
