We invite you to submit your application for the part-time position of Contract Administration Officer. This role is responsible for providing contract administrative support to the Shire and assist with the development, implementation and revision of Contract Management Frameworks, registers and other relevant documentation.

Benefits and Conditions
Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Local Government Officers’ (WA) Award 2021 with a salary range between Level 4 ($71,961) to Level 5 ($82,047) per annum pro-rata, depending on qualifications and experience and benefits such as:
- Superannuation of 11.5 per cent occupational superannuation from date of commencement, with an opportunity that the Shire will match an employee’s voluntary contribution to their nominated plan provided that employee contributes an amount of at least 5 per cent or 6 per cent of their own salary.
- Part-time position, 50 hours per fortnight located at the Harvey Administration Building, however may be required to work at other locations throughout the Shire.
- Four weeks pro-rata paid annual leave, including a 17.5 per cent leave loading.
- Free membership to the Leschenault Leisure Centre, the Harvey Recreation and Cultural Centre and the Dr Peter Topham Memorial Swimming Pool.
- A medical examination and a current police clearance will be required prior to appointment, costs to be reimbursed by the Shire.
