We invite you to submit your application for the part-time position of Information Management Officer. This position is responsible for providing confidential, efficient and accurate information management service to Officers of the Shire of Harvey and to work as part of a team in the effective running of the Information Management team.

Benefits and conditions

Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Local Government Officers’ (WA) Award 2021 with a salary range between Level 3 ($68,975) to Level 4 ($78,415) per annum pro-rata depending on qualifications and experience and benefits such as:

  • Superannuation of 12 per cent occupational superannuation from date of commencement, with an opportunity that the Shire will match an employee’s voluntary contribution to their nominated plan provided that employee contributes an amount of at least 5 per cent or 6 per cent of their own salary.
  • Part-time position, 48 hours per fortnight located at the Harvey Administration Building however, you may be required to work at other locations throughout the Shire.
  • Four weeks pro-rata paid annual leave, including a 17.5 per cent leave loading.
  • Free membership to the Leschenault Leisure Centre, the Harvey Recreation and Cultural Centre and the Dr Peter Topham Memorial Swimming Pool.
  • A probationary period of three months is applicable to the position.
  • A medical examination and current police clearance will be required prior to appointment, costs to be reimbursed by the Shire.
