A high calibre property developer has invested in a 260ha coastal site in Binningup, which promises to deliver positive outcomes for the community.
Fiveight recently acquired the land adjacent to the existing Binningup township, including the Binningup Golf Course.
Shire of Harvey President Paul Gillett said he was looking forward to working with Fiveight and the community to achieve the best outcomes for Binningup.
“This is a really exciting venture for the Shire, and we want to make sure that we work closely with residents and community organisations to create the best opportunities for everyone,” Cr Gillett said.
“It will be fantastic to see the Binningup Golf Course reopened for visitors and residents to enjoy again.
“Fiveight have confirmed they will be liaising with the community through consultation sessions and I encourage everyone to get involved.”
