The Promenade Extension progress update.
The Promenade Extension works were initially scheduled to be completed in early September 2022, however, construction works have been delayed due to wet weather and unforeseen subgrade issues requiring further investigation, including progressing with a subsoil drainage design.
The Shire’s contractor Geographe Civil, is currently liaising with Shire Officers to determine a way forward to ensure the project works can recommence as soon as possible.
Further updates will be provided when more information on a tentative completion date is available.
