The lithium producer also awarded a $70 million contract to Compass Group for onsite catering, cleaning, security, grounds services, facilities management and health and lifestyle services. Meanwhile, two additional Kemerton expansion contracts have been awarded to UGL ($330 million) and Monadelphous ($200 million) The Kemerton expansion will see plant capacity double to up to 100 ktpa (100,000 metric tonnes) of lithium hydroxide each year.
