Picnic tables have been installed in shade at Ridley Place Foreshore and Christina Street Reserve in Australind. The new picnic areas will allow the community to rest and enjoy a meal in a comfortable setting. New shade sails have also been installed over the Christina Street Reserve playground. Shire of Harvey parks and playgrounds are regularly reviewed to ensure the community has suitable facilities and pleasant experiences.
