There are no fire restrictions on burning until 1 November 2025. However, if the Fire Danger Rating is High or above and/or a Total Fire Ban has been put in place then no burning is permitted.

Southbound traffic on Forrest Highway has been shifted onto temporary lanes.

Southbound traffic on Forrest Highway has been shifted onto temporary lanes.

The speed limit has also been reduced from 80km per hour to 60km per hour.

This traffic change will enable construction of the Paris Road and Clifton Road interchange for the Bunbury Outer Ring Road.

In October, northbound traffic on Forrest Highway will be shifted onto temporary lanes.

Two lanes are still open in both directions and access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained through a realigned route with steel safety barriers.

Work has commenced and will be undertaken from 7pm to 6am.
