The Shire of Harvey Libraries' Reads Challenge is back for 2023! The Challenge begins on Wednesday, 27 September.
It’s that time of the year when the Shire of Harvey Libraries are doing the Reads Challenge 2023.
The challenge will start on Wednesday, 27 September, with registration opening at 9am at both the Australind and Harvey libraries. It will close on Friday, 24 November at 4.30pm.
Participants can compete in one of three age categories:
Every participant who completes the challenge will receive a medal and a certificate.
Selected book reviews by our young readers will be showcased in Australind and Harvey libraries.
We'll celebrate the challenge's conclusion with a grand finale party in December.
The challenge is to read 20 books of your choice before 24 November 2023.

Yes. We highly recommend you join up to take part. Membership is free. You can also use your parents card to borrow if you don’t want one of your own. Don’t forget one card can borrow up to 30 items. And don’t forget you need to bring your card every time you borrow. No card, no borrow.
Yes - all entries go into the draw to win a prize. One prize for each age group.
All participants will get a certificate and a medallion for participating.
