There are no fire restrictions on burning until 1 November 2025. However, if the Fire Danger Rating is High or above and/or a Total Fire Ban has been put in place then no burning is permitted.

Join The Worm Shed's free workshop covering all aspects of worms, worm farming, and the roles worms play in recycling and waste management.
The Worm Shed is coming to Australind Library for an engaging workshop on all aspects of worms, worm farming and the roles worms play in recycling and waste management.
There will be a presentation and practical demonstration on setting up, operating and maintaining a worm farm, followed by an informal Q&A session.
Worm farm kits will be available for purchase, along with other product including worms.
Afternoon tea will be provided.
